Welcome to the Pudsey Pearls SSC website. Here you will find information about our synchronised swimming team and the fast paced exciting sport that the team specialises in.

Training Times

Friday 8pm - 9pm @ Aireborough Leisure Centre

Saturday 4pm - 6pm
@ John Charles Aquatic centre with some sessions at Tong Pool 3:00am - 4:30am. Please see calendar for current timetable

Sunday 6:00pm - 8:00pm @ Pudsey Leisure centre. first hour stretching in community room.

Sunday competition training on selected dates and times @ John Charles Aquatic Centre

You can also arrange extra training with Heba at her gym.
